I hold a Mathematics degree from Brasenose College, University of Oxford and spent years delivering digital products as a Digital Business Analyst across various industries including aviation, fintech and luxury retail.

To combine my analytical and technical expertise with my creative strengths, I moved into UX, UI and Product Design. Today, I focus on transforming complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.

My later studies in Industrial Design have further shaped my approach, giving me a broader perspective on how people interact with both digital and physical products.

A package holiday travel agency needed a modern platform allowing customers to create an account and book trips entirely online.

As the sole UX/UI Designer, I owned the entire product lifecycle. I mapped user journeys, built process flows, and designed interactive prototypes in Figma.

In a subsequent phase, I enhanced the ecosystem by introducing quote management and location-based mapping features.

Pet Search | Animal Shelter

An animal shelter needed a mobile-optimised search experience to help users find suitable pets based on both animal traits and their own lifestyle.

As the UX/UI Designer, I defined the user journey, collaborated with stakeholders on key matching criteria, and delivered the UI design and interactive prototype.

Merge User Accounts from mulitple sites | Pet Retailer

A national pet retailer needed to consolidate multiple websites into a single new platform with a unified customer account experience.

Working with stakeholders, I defined the requirements for merging customer accounts, including data structure, information hierarchy, and how account content should be surfaced within the UI. I also helped optimise the end-to-end customer journey to ensure a seamless transition between legacy systems and the new platform.

Digital Replatform to IBM WebSphere | Retailer

A leading UK retailer embarked on a major e-commerce replatforming programme to modernise its online experience and integrate a range of third party services.

As the Digital Business Analyst, I worked across business and technical teams to define requirements, covering key e-commerce capabilities including product information, promotions, personalisation, payments, order management and loyalty.

Working across multiple third-party integrations gave me broad experience of enterprise e-commerce architecture and the challenges of delivering complex digital transformation programmes.

Mobile App | Fintech

An online stockbroker wanted to launch its first mobile app. As the Business Analyst, I translated complex business, financial and technical requirements into user journeys, wireframes and an interactive prototype.
