I hold a Mathematics degree from Brasenose College, University of Oxford and spent years as a Digital Business Analyst across aviation, fintech, and luxury retail.
Wanting to combine my analytical foundation with my creativity, I transitioned into UX and Product Design, and also later studied Industrial Design. This deepened my understanding of how people interact with products across both digital and physical environments.

Booking Journey for Travel Agency
A travel agency that provides packaged holidays wanted customers to be able to create an account online and book package holidays via their website. I created the customer journey, wireframes and prototypes for the account management and the booking journey.
Quote Management and Map Search for Travel Agency
A travel agency wanted to have the ability to create and store quotes for online customers. They also wanted to add functionality to provide details of their hotel including displaying on a location map.
I produced the designs for the quote management facility, including to view, edit and save quotes and appropriate messaging on expiry of quotes. I also produced the map functionality in a way that gave only the most essential information, as requested.
Digital Replatform to IBM WebSphere
I worked as the Digital BA for a leading UK retailer, to replatform the website to IBM WebSphere and add various 3rd party software to add further functionality.
Mobile App for UK Online Stockbroker
I finalised the requirements, process flows and designs for a mobile app for a stockbroker, and produced a prototype using Axure.
