I hold a Mathematics degree from Brasenose College, Oxford University and spent years as a Digital Business Analyst working in e-commerce across various industries, including aviation, fintech, and luxury retail.
Wanting to combine my analytical abilities with my creativity, I transitioned into UX and Product Design, and also later studied Industrial Design. This has deepened my understanding and interest in how people interact with products across both digital and physical environments.

Online Account and Booking Journey | Travel Agency
A package holiday travel agency needed a modern platform allowing customers to create an account and book trips entirely online.
As the sole UX/UI Designer, I owned the entire product lifecycle. I mapped user journeys, built process flows, and designed interactive prototypes in Figma. In a subsequent phase, I enhanced the ecosystem by introducing quote management tools and location-based mapping features.

An Animal Shelter wanted to create a a mobile optimised site pet search feature that the general public could use to identify a suitable animal based on the animals own traits and the persons own lifestyle.

A national pet retailer had multiple websites and wanted to merge the user accounts into one account, onto one new web platform.
I conducted analysis of the requirements with stakeholders and defined what account information was to be merged, how it would be organised and displayed on screen, and how to optimise the customer journey. wanted the ability to create and store holiday quotes online. I worked as the Digital BA for a leading UK retailer, to replatform the website to IBM WebSphere and add various 3rd party software to add further functionality.
