Initially gained knowledge of User Experience working closely with designers as part of my work on large commerical websites as Digital Business Analyst. I then did an live interactive programme called Kickstarter, which was taught by experienced UX Designers and UX Researchers, culminating in a real-life client project.
I continued my study with courses at the IxDF (Interaction Design Foundation) and developed experience by taking on projects for clients.

Online Account and Booking | Travel Agency
A package holiday travel agency needed a modern platform allowing customers to create an account and book trips entirely online.
As the sole UX/UI Designer, I owned the entire product lifecycle. mapped user journeys, built process flows, and designed interactive prototypes in Figma. I also introduced quote management and location-based mapping features.
Pet Search site for Pet Shelter
An pet shelter wanted to develop a mobile optimised website, for pet owners to find a pet based on the animals own traits. I designed an experiene that allowed the user to quickly choose an animal to visit at the shelter.
User Research for Online Marketing Agency
A Digital Marketing agency commissioned UX research to explore opportunities for enhancing a client’s digital offering.
As the UX Researcher, I designed and ran an online survey, conducted user interviews, analysed the findings, and presented evidence-based recommendations to the client. The research identified opportunities to improve their user experience and informed future product development.
